but, in the long run, all of it would be converted into words."

It's my first romance thriller based on the true story of The Point of No Return .  And there are five other books that will be published before the end of the year, including the spin-off
Shh!"Kiss Me Baby. (featuring Buddy Brown) As you can see, I've been busy writing my ass off---books, articles and tweets for the Retweet Train Live on Twitter. @MisterSalesman

Somebody asked the question, why do I write?  Well, I didn't have to give it much thought.   I write because.... MY LIFE IS A BOOK---Each day Equals ONE PAGE = 29,200 LIFETIME PAGES.  I must write it!

But after ten revisions of Caught Up I realized the real meaning of the quote by James Michener---"I'm not a very good writer, but I'm an excellent rewriter."

So I pondered the thought again why I write, and here are five reasons why.

I write because...I can Copy & Paste and move things around.  It's a breeze to rearrange words, sentences, and paragraphs to make the story sound and flow better. Many thanks to Microsoft otherwise I wouldn't have a chance.

I write because...I can use a PC instead of a typewriter or two thousand sheets of paper.

I write because...I can use Google---the wisdom of the world is at my fingertips without having to go to the library.

I write because...I can have my works published and appreciated around the world and one day I might even get paid for it. Thanks to Amazon for making it possible with the advent of Kindle self-publishing.

And last but not least, I write because...I can use Social Media: Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest to find my fans.  Also, I write because of Twitter's 140 character limitation--which has sharpened my writing and communication skills immensely.

So why do you write?  Please make a comment on Twitter. @MisterSalesman
