If you want to drop 15 pounds in 14 days then try the Diet From 
Hell.  This is a follow up to the Medical Alert on Gluten


I must warn you this diet is not for wimps or cry
babies, it takes discipline and guts to get through it.


A friend introduced me to the diet over a year ago, and to 
a challenge.  I have to admit that I lost and lasted only 3 days
after losing about 5 pounds.  

It's a really tough diet and many people refer to it as
the diet from hell. 

However, it was a good jump start to detox my body for
a Gluten free diet, where I've lost over 30 pounds.   

The diet from hell is a high protein, low carb  diet and
should only be done for 14 days.  

Before starting any diet, you should consult with a physician.   



My wife and three girl friends just finished, the results
were pretty typical of what most people achieve on the plan;  
weight loss between 12-18 pounds in 14 days.
 


If you are looking to start a Gluten free diet this is a good way
to detox the poisons of the big three: Gluten, Gliaden,
Soy Lecithin.  


The hardest part of the diet is the cooking, preparation, and

eating the 12 egg whites
for breakfa
st.



If you are successful  then immediately start a Gluten free diet
and control your portion sizes to keep from regaining those dreadful pounds.
 



3 hours in between meals 

Breakfast
12 large egg whites
1 cup raw spinach
12/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
1/4 medium onion, diced



Snack 5oz. canned albacore tuna


Lunch 6 oz. chicken breast
2 cups romaine lettuce
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar



Dinner 12 oz. chicken beast
 

1 cup cauliflower
2 cups romaine lettuce
1 medium cucumber
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar



Bedtime Snack 

5 oz. canned albacore tuna
